The mission of JIBE: To renew a romance with the scripture by offering a 3Dimensional approach to Holy Land travel using the land as our classroom.
JIBE helps people experience the text of scripture as we explore history, culture..., and the land, both ancient and modern. Our methodology values academic integrity through the disciplines of biblical study including attention to narrative theology, language, archaeology, historical and cultural studies while attending to the spiritual disciplines.
JIBE helps distinguish between what we know and what we think, what we feel and what really happened. We do not ignore the mystery of God that transcends our highest thoughts and emotions. As travelers and pilgrims experience a journey committed to integrity throughout the disciplines of Biblical study, paying attention to the ancient and modern realities, we believe the opportunity is presented for spiritual renewal and growth for every disciple of Jesus Christ.
